Bio/Overview:

Lana grew up in Southern California when at 19 years old, Jesus found her and gave her new life in Him. Her whole world changed and now, being so wonderfully found, Lana felt the overwhelming desire to rescue others with the same love of Jesus that saved her. She knew she was rescued to rescue others and that is exactly what she set out to do with the rest of her life.

Lana is the Founder of Life Impact International. For the past 22 years, Lana and her team have been working relentlessly with trafficked, exploited and at-risk children in Thailand, Burma, the war-zones in between, and now in Brazil. Lana and her team fight for, protect and are a voice for these vulnerable children. They fight with the belief that if we reach a generation then that generation will change their own nation! Thus Change a Life, Change the World is their fighting motto.

    • Wisdom in operations on the border amidst the corruption, coup and military ran government on the Thai side

    • Continual healing and emotional breakthrough for our rescued children

    • Strong, national Thai and Burmese leaders to be added to our team

  • Life Impact : Burma

    • For the war to end and the people to be protected. 1 million villagers are displaced from the civil war right now.

    • Protection and progress for our home there. We just got land in the liberated —— State and so we need to develop it for the current home and war-zone orphans to come.

    • For wisdom and protection in during the building project process

    • For the current Burmese staff and house parents, their hearts are tired from living in the jungle under war, Covid, and dealing with children with trauma. They need strength, grace and peace.

    • Our projects in Rio, the North and the Amazon

    • New safe home opening in the interior of the Amazon


  • Life Impact : USA Headquarters

    • More key staff for our team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 


  • Please continue to pray that the Lord would protect, keep, and bless our missionaries, national staff, and partners so they can continue to serve the Lord, and rescue children in grace, strength, peace, and with the joy of the Lord. Pray also for favor with governments in all the various countries Life Impact is working with.

  • To connect our donors and partners to the work of Life Impact International, we host short- term mission trips for churches, groups, and individuals. You’ll get a first-hand look at our work while ministering to our staff, children, and communities. Our project bases in Thailand and Brazil are currently open to receiving teams or individuals for as short as seven days or up to one year. A team trip averages 7-14 days, including travel.
