Monthly Missions Partner: The Browns
Our missions partners for the month of August are Michael and Anna Brown who are serving with YWAM. Monthly Mission HOP (Hour Of Prayer.) will be on Wednesday, August 12th at 8:30pm via zoom. They will give us a mission update and we will spend time praying for them. Visit their missions page for specific prayer requests and updates.

Hope Church Retreat
OPE Church Retreat will be on Oct. 23-25 at the Black Rock Christian Camp & Retreat Center. Early registration is open on the Church Center App. Early Registration ends TODAY! TOMORROW regular registration starts. There are only 7 motel rooms available and these rooms are first come, first serve, so sign up today!
We are looking for volunteers to help out. One is for the planning team, we need to help work out details. Second is for volunteers to help out with various tasks, like leading games, worship team liaison, helping with smores or ramen time, etc. Please talk to Gloria if you are able to help out and she will help find the right job for you.

The Breaking Free conference will be here at The Gathering Place on August 14th at 7pm for the whole church and August 15th at 9am for elders and shepherds. Pastor David Torres of the King of Kings Worship Center in Basking Ridge, NJ. will be the guest speaker. Please join us for a time of teaching and ministry focused on breaking free from bitterness and resentment.
